Our factory advised us today that the prices for stainless have increased drastically in one day. Some material suppliers are refusing to sell (even cash sales), because they know prices are continuing to climb. This price trend is estimated to last until at least August. At this moment, the one-day increase is estimated as follows:
430 S.S. – RAISING USD 250.00/TON
302 S.S. – RAISING USD 750.00/TON

During the month of January 2010, stainless steel wire rod prices have increased in Taiwan. Therefore, the we see the price of stainless fasteners has increased.
